It is regretable but from time to time customers can experience a problem which may prompt you to register a complaint.
In order to resolve the issue, in the first instance, it is very important that you draw the matter to the attention of either the manager or proprietor concerned, thus enabling them to resolve the issue. If, unfortunately, you have not been able to come to a satisfactory solution you may wish to register your comments with Isle of Wight Tourism. If this is the case, simply complete our form and forward it to us.
Once your form is received your comments will be carefully considered. In some cases complaints can be dealt with in-house by Isle of Wight Tourism. However, on occasions, owing to the nature of your complaint we may pass your details on to a more appropriate organisation. For example, where the issue involves the quality of an establishment which participates in a National Quality Assurance Scheme, we will pass the complaint on to the organisation concerned, such as Visit Britain. You may feel it is also worth your while contacting your local Trading Standards Department for advice and information. Please visit www.tradingstandards.gov.uk to find your nearest department.
Unless you state otherwise on the complaints form, your comments will be passed on to the establishment/ business concerned, for their reference.
To register your complaint download the complaint form and print it off-line for submission by post.
Completed forms should be returned to
